Charles (Charlie) Donald Cameron, 76, of Lincoln, RI passed away on December 17, 2023 at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, RI. Charlie was born in Pawtucket, RI to James and Edna Cameron on January 20, 1947. He enlisted in the Marines at the age of 17 and proudly served his country in both Cuba and Vietnam. He continued to serve in the Army National Guard and Air National Guard for many years.

Charlie is survived by his loving wife, Venita, of Lincoln, RI; his sons Bari Cameron and Neil Cameron; his grandchildren Brad, Joel, Spencer and Davis; and siblings Janet Pruneau, Beverly Grassey, James and Douglas Cameron. He is pre-deceased by his sister June Simoneau. He was a cherished husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a loyal friend and will be missed by all.

Funeral service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery on December 28, 2023 at 11:00am. Burial will follow. Visitation will be held at Keefe Funeral Home on Wednesday December 27, 2023 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Keefe Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Disabled American Veterans (www.dav.org). The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Providence VA Medical Center and HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center for their compassionate care.
